The second step of Transform Dallas will be to do a series of Cast the Vision luncheons with business and spiritual leaders. These luncheons will present the studies in progressive stages. Through the use of multi-media and real time demographic studies, pastors, city leaders and businessmen will receive information on the health of their community. They will be given fresh revelation and promen strategies of how their community, although encumbered by the challenges of physical (crime, poverty, etc.) and spiritual demise (immorality, low church attendance), can become a center for spiritual and economic transformation.
